Parking Issue's

Parking Issue's in Todays Shrinking World

Should we manage parking or not, is it worth it in the end or does it cost more to manage than not, these are the questions Terrie and I have been wrestling with for the past 6 months or so.

I have asked this question of other buisness owners, discussed it with the previous owner of Pet Plaza, asked a Lawyer, a clergyman, private people, customers, the city of National City and gotten the same answers across the board. That is to say that managing parking so that only Pet Plaza customers get the use of the fron 4 parking spaces from resteraunt patrons is worthless.

Nothing can be done the city says tow, the landlord says NO, the resteraunt owner says yes, the customers say F*** you, the tow driver says yes, our hearts tell us no, the law is on our side, but most others are not, the Lawyer says suit, while all we want is compramise. The question was always the same, do you think that resteraunt patrons using all the spaces is affecting Pet Plaza ?

Here is a video of someone having lunch at the front door in their car, the video was shot from inside the store. subway lunch Lunch. If it were your store what would you think and do?
